T H A N K S G I V I N G
In the scriptures in the book of Psalms 69:30-31, the psalmist said, "I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify Him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs."
The book of Psalms 107:19-22 tells of how You Lord delivered them from their distress. He sent forth His word, and healed them, and delivered them from destruction. Let them thank the Lord for His steadfast love, for His wonderful works to the sons of men! And let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and tell of His deeds in songs of joy!
As the scripture states, "In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." (I Thessalonians 5:18).
Father in heaven we thank you for word. Father God, Your word is so precious, Oh Lord, Your word is so gracious. Is not My word like fire, says the Lord, and like a hammer which breaks the rock in pieces? (Jeremiah 23:29)
For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and does not return but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall Your word be that goes forth from Your mouth; it shall not return to You empty, but it shall accomplish that which you purpose, and prosper in the thing for which You sent it. (Isaiah 55:10-11)
Lord we thank You for according to Your word so shall it be unto us.
We thank You Lord for we are the people that are called by your name, and ordained for your purpose.
"Give thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good, for His steadfast love endures for ever!" (Jeremiah 33:11)
We thank You Lord for as it is written, eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him. (I Corinthians 2:9)
We thank You Father that no weapon that is fashioned against us shall prosper, and we shall confute every tongue that rises against us in judgment. (Isaiah 54:17)
We thank You Father for You did not give us a spirit of fear but a spirit of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
Father in heaven we thank You for as it is written, but for us who fear Your name, the sun of righteousness shall rise, with healing in its wings. We shall go forth leaping like calves from the stall. And we shall tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of our feet. (Malachi 4:2-3).
Thank You Father for we trust that You will fulfill Your covenant of health and healing, as it is written for I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, says the Lord. (Jeremiah 30:17)
Thank You Father You have kept Your word which says, "Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security." (Jeremiah 33:6)
Thank You Father for as it is written then shall our light break forth like dawn, and our healing shall spring up speedily; our righteousness shall go before us, the glory of the LORD shall be our rear guard. (Isaiah 58:8)
Thank You Father for as it is written for to they who please You, You give wisdom and knowledge and joy. (Ecclessiastes 2:26)
Father we thank You for You have said, "I will never fail you nor forsake you." Hence we can confidently say, "The Lord is our helper, we will not be afraid; what can anyone do to us? (Hebrews 13:5,6)
Lord we thank You for You have said that these signs will follow us who believe: in Your name we will cast out demons; we will speak in new tongues; we will pick up serpents, and if we drink any deadly thing, it would not hurt us; we will lay our hands on the sick, and they will recover. (Mark 16:17-18)
Heavenly Father we thank You for as it is written, You shall strengthen our hands, and whatever we lay our hands upon shall prosper. (Nehemiah 6:9)
We thank You Father God for You are our strength. You make us sure-footed as a deer, and make us safe on the mountains. (Habakkuk 3:19)
Thank You Father for Your assurance of happiness for us who trust in You.
Thank You Lord for we can trust Your word as it is written that when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague shall fall upon you to destroy you. (Exodus 12:13)
Thank You Father for the blessed assurance that You Lord our God is in our midst, a warrior who gives victory. Thank You Lord for You rejoice over us with gladness, and You exult over us with loud singing. Thank You Father for You turn our shame into praise, and You restore our fortunes before our eyes. (Zephaniah 3:17,20)
Thank You Lord for You are good to those who wait for You, to the soul that seeks You. (Lamentations 3:25)
Thank You Lord for You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You.
For "the young lions suffer want and hunger, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing." (Psalms 34:10)
Thank You Father for You - our Redeemer - are strong, and You will plead our cause. (Proverbs 23:11 and Jeremiah 50:34)
Thank You Father for we have faith that as we cast our burden on the Lord, You will sustain us. For as it is written Father God, You will never permit the righteous to be moved. (Proverbs 55:22)
We thank You Father for according to Your word "whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith." (1 John 5:4)
Thank You Lord, as it is written, we are of God, and have overcome them; for "He who is in us is greater than He who is in the world." (1 John 4:4)
We thank You Father that our builders outstrip our destroyers, and those who laid us waste go forth from us. (Isaiah 49:17)
Happy the people to whom such blessings fall! Happy the people whose God is the Lord! (Psalm 144:15)
Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; make melody to our God upon the lyre! (Psalms 147:7)
For you will say in that day: "I will give thanks to thee, O Lord. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and He has become my salvation. With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. And you will say in that day: "Give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations, proclaim that His name is exalted. Sing praises to the Lord, for He has done gloriously; let this be known in all the earth. Shout, and sing for joy, for great in your midst is the Holy One." (Isaiah 12:1-6)
We thank You Father for as the psalmist said, "I saw the Lord before me at all times; He is near me, and I will not be troubled. And so I am filled with gladness, and my words are full of joy. You have shown me the path that leads to life, and Your presence will fill me with joy." (Acts 2:25,26,28)
We bow down toward Your holy temple and give thanks to Your name for Your steadfast love and Your faithfulness; for You exalted Your name and Your word above everything. (Psalms 138:2)
We thank You Father for Your powerful word to us supersedes any opinion against us.
We thank You Father for as it is written, "The Lord utters His voice before His army, for His host is exceedingly great. He that executes His word is powerful." (Joel 2:11)
We thank You Lord for faithful are You that calls us who also will do it. (Thessalonians 5:24)
We thank You Lord, for according to Your word: "this is the confidence which we have in Him, that if we ask, anything according to His will He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of Him." (1 John 5:14-15)
"I the Lord have spoken it; it shall come to pass, I will do it; I will not go back," says the Lord of host. (Ezekiel 24:14)
"I will go with you, and I will give you victory." (Exodus 33:14)
"Not by power, nor by might but by My Spirit, says the Lord of hosts." (Zechariah 4:6)
